By checking the "I Agree with Furriyadh's Terms & Conditions" box, you agree to be bound by these Terms as of the date you register as a customer of Furriyadh (referred to as "We," "Us," "Our," or "Furriyadh").

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between Furriyadh L.L.C., a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (license number CN-2843848) with a registered office at Al Ain Truck Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and you, the user (referred to as "You," "Your," or "Customer").

Each order made through Furriyadh incorporates these Terms by reference.

1. Description of Furriyadh

Furriyadh is a proprietary web application that creates and manages online advertising campaigns for third-party advertising networks. Our services are available through our website at https://furriyadh.com/.

2. License and Access

1. Grant of License: We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Furriyadh solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of Furriyadh, including use by your employees, agents, or other authorized individuals.
3. Prohibited Activities: You shall not allow any third party to use Furriyadh, modify its code, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

3. Customer Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information: You must provide and maintain true, accurate, and up-to-date account information.
2. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all text, logos, images, and other materials ("Customer Content") uploaded to Furriyadh.
3. Compliance with Laws: You agree not to use Furriyadh for any illegal, obscene, or immoral purposes.
4. Corporate Authority: If acting on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are authorized to bind the company to these Terms.

4. Customer Data and Privacy

1. Data Accuracy: The Customer will be solely responsible for the user's name, email and password of the account.
2. We do not own any keyword data, information, performance data that You submit to Us.
3. Ownership of Data: You retain ownership of your advertising data ("Customer Data"). Furriyadh processes Customer Data solely to provide the Services.
4. GDPR Compliance: We act as a data controller under GDPR. You have the right to access, amend, or delete your personal data.
5. Aggregated Metrics: Furriyadh may compile aggregated data metrics for analytics purposes, ensuring no uniquely identifiable information is disclosed.

5. Furriyadh Services

1. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the Services at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Scope: Furriyadh is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for the success or failure of advertising campaigns.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All software, algorithms, and data processed by Furriyadh are our exclusive property.
2. Restrictions: You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer Furriyadh.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

1. You agree to the terms of Furriyadh's privacy policy at https://furriyadh.com/privacy which may be modified from time to time.
2. Confidential Information: You agree to protect any confidential information disclosed during your use of Furriyadh.

8. Payment and Fees

1. Subscription prices are based on Your chosen plan, and reflects the offering shown on Our website at the time You entered into this agreement.
2. You must provide Furriyadh with a valid credit card or bank automatic clearing house validation as a condition to signing up for the Services.
3. You shall pay all fees to your account in accordance with the fees and billing terms in the applicable Order.
4. Late Payment: We reserve the right to suspend Services for late payments.
5. Advertising Fees: If using Furriyadh's Advertising Buying Feature, a 20% service fee applies.
6. Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the Merchant of Record for sales to customers worldwide.

9. Furriyadh Credit Vouchers

1. Eligibility: Free credit vouchers are subject to specific terms available in your account. Misuse may result in account suspension.
2. You will not be notified once the Furriyadh free voucher has been used up.
3. Limitations: Unused free credit vouchers are not refundable.

10. Advertising Buying Feature

1. Service Scope: Advertising Buying Through Furriyadh allows you to quickly and easily create third-party ad accounts and purchase Google and Microsoft advertisements directly from within your Furriyadh account.
2. Compliance: By using the Advertising Buying Feature, you also agree to comply with Google & Microsoft's Advertising Policies, Terms of Service, and Commercial Terms.
3. Suspensions: If your ad account is suspended by external ad platforms, you may be required to provide identity verification documents for refunds.

11. Term

This agreement remains effective as long as you are a registered user of Furriyadh.

12. Termination

1. Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement with notice.
2. Refunds: Unused credits will be refunded; consumed credits are non-refundable. Subscriptions beyond the 48-hour cancellation window are non-refundable.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Furriyadh is provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Furriyadh parties be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed forty-nine dollars ($49.00).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email. Updated Terms are available for download on our website.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
